Getting Started
- On the main menu select Play.
- On the next screen, select how you want to connect. You can host your own game (you pick the game mode and settings), find a game, or join an existing game (using a room code).
- If you're looking to host a game, select your desired game mode and choose your game's visibility. You can set your game as public (anyone can join), private (only people who have your room code can join) or local (no remote connections are allowed). Choose your game settings and select start game!
- Once you're connected, head to the RiffTrax.Games website on any internet connected device (your phone, a laptop, ipad, etc)
- On the website, enter your name and the room code you see on the game's waiting screen.
- If you're hosting a public game, simply wait for others to join. If you're playing privately or with friends, share your room code with them or send an invite. They can join locally or remotely.
- You can play single player, two players (with a computer controlled bot), or 3-6 players (bot is optional).
- Once everyone has connected and logged in, select Start Game.
- To play the game you enter text on the website and watch the clips playback on your screen.
How to Join a Private Game
- To join a game you need a room code. These can be shared by a friend or streamers.
- Once you have their code, select Join on the main menu. Enter the room code. Then select Join Game.
- Wait a moment and you will be connected. If you have a mic connected voice chat will start.
- On any internet connected device (your phone, a laptop, ipad, etc) head to www.RiffTrax.Games
- On the RiffTrax.Games website, enter your name and the room code you see on the game's waiting screen.
- To play the game you enter text on the website and watch the clips playback on your screen.
- Note: You can adjust voice chat settings by pressing pause and selecting Voice Chat.

How to Enable Twitch Chat Voting (for Streamers)
- From the main menu, select Options.
- In the options menu, select Streaming Options.
- Select Twitch Chat Voting.
- In a web browser, head to RiffTrax.games/twitchchat
- On the website, click the authorize button and sign into Twitch.
- Once you're signed in it will generate a code. Copy that code.
- Back inside the game, paste that code in the game. Click authorize.
- You should see a confirmation that your channel is now connected. Enjoy!
